ARTS & CULTURE

Old Town Eureka is a real treat for history and architecture buffs. Not only does Old Town preserve some of the best Victorian commercial buildings in California, but we also have a historical museum with a world-renowned Native American basket collection, with examples from the Hupa, Yurok, Karuk and Klamath tribes. Humboldt Redwoods State Park serves as inspiration for our city full of artists who fill our Old Town Eureka galleries with a range of styles and mediums.
